- Whisk butter, sour cream, eggs and oil.
- Add wet ingredients to the flour.
- Boil potatoes in a saucepan.
- Let the dough stands from 15-20 minutes.
- Mash potatoes with cheese, salt and pepper.
- Cut the dough into circles and stuff each pierogi with filling.
- Boil pierogis in a pan of salted water.
- They are done when they float to the top of the water.
