The Keene Pumpkin Festival is a food festival about pumpkins and every year people try to break the record for the largest number of lit pumpkin lanterns.
People bought pumpkins and carved faces on them and displayed them on a big stand and also prepared a variety of pumpkin dishes.
The writer took part in a pie eating competition, attended live concerts and danced and had fun and watched a fireworks display.
The writer thought the festival was amazing, awesome, and thrilling and he / she was sad to leave. He/ She can’t wait to go again next year.
