- There's a train.
- It was covered in vegetation and hidden. Now you can see it as soon as you arrive.
- Aircraft were not sophisticated - difficult to fly, physically and mentally - lots of calculations to do, how to control the crash landing.
- How would it work out? Would he be able to control the plane when it landed?
- Positive → thrill / excitement, awe of what he's experiencing, seeing Earth from space and being the first person to see that. Negative → didn't know if he would get back home, alone and probably quite scared.
