  5. Zeki wakes up at 6 a.m., starts a fire, eats cereal, collects wood, washes in the river, and then walks 30 minutes to school. He spends the evenings tanning animal skins, carving wood, and maintaining his camp.
  6. Zeki is sociable and enjoys his friends' company when they visit, but he doesn't miss the internet or TV and enjoys his own company.
  7. Zeki enjoys the simplicity of living in nature, the challenge of self-reliance, and the sense of peace from being surrounded by the wilderness.
