- spill some water → need a mop and bucket
- flood the kitchen → need a mop and bucket / plunger or plumber!
- rip your trousers → need needle and thread / sewing machine
- stain your top → need stain remover
- drop a glass → need a dustpan and brush (and maybe mop and bucket)
Solutions
- sweep the floor → it’s dirty / dusty
- soak your jeans → they’re dirty / stained
- rinse a glass → it’s soapy / dirty
- mend your shirt → it’s ripped / torn
- wipe the table → it’s dirty / has crumbs on it
