We have a limited budget, with no possibility of increasing it. I wonder if you could take another look at your quote and see if you could bring it down by 5 percent? If so, we will be able to place the order immediately. I’ve heard many great things about your company, including how flexible you are. I’d love to work with you and sincerely hope we will be able to nd a way forward. If you could let me know as soon as possible, I’d be grateful. If you can’t lower your price, I’ll need to make alternative arrangements. 

Hi Bev, Thanks so much for the poster. I think the content of the poster is great, but I wonder if the design is currently more suited to a children’s event rather than one for the whole family. Would you be able to make it a bit more adult? I know you’ll have lots of tricks up your sleeve, so hopefully, it won’t take you long to make the necessary changes. Let me know if you want to talk it through.
