- Perhaps a good example comes from my volunteer work.
- It was a great experience for me because I learnt about systems.
- After a few weeks, I noticed the meal system was slow.
- I wanted to find out whether staff numbers affected the system.
- What I did was offer to try out a new system.
- Eventually, and very reluctantly, my / the boss agreed to let me do it.
- It turned out my hunch was correct.
- My experiment revealed that staggering mealtimes made the system faster.
