- Fei should’ve been insistent the first time he went back to the shop. He should’ve asked to see the manager immediately. He should post negative feedback about the company on their website. He should never shop there again.
- The company should compensate him somehow. They should reprimand the two shop assistants. They should make it clear that this should never have happened in the first place.
- They shouldn’t have been so suspicious. They should basically operate on the assumption that the customer is generally honest and right. They should’ve just given him an insole!
