  1. To begin with, a personal trainer can design a fitness programme to suit your individual needs. For example, if you want to tone specific muscles, the trainer can recommend the correct exercises for you.
  2. Firstly, going on a diet can sometimes mean that you put the weight back on when you stop. Consequently, dieters may feel discouraged and frustrated.
  3. In the first place, a short 20-minute nap every day can make you feel calmer. This is due to the fact that the body's stress hormone levels are reduced after a nap.

  2. Dieting has some disadvantages.
