Dear Amy,
Thanks for your email! Yes, I have seen a good theatre performance recently. Last weekend I saw a version of A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare. I really enjoyed it!
It is one of Shakespeare's famous comedies, and it is also a romance. That's a very good combination, I think. The play is about a group of fairies who play tricks on two young couples, and all the hilarious problems that happen as a result! The scenery in the play was simple, but the actors were very talented and the costumes were beautiful. It was well worth seeing.
If you get the chance I recommend that you see this play. Although some people might find it boring, I know that you like Shakespeare, so you will like it for sure. It is a great play!
