What does Ursula advise Dave to do to overcome his fear of public speaking?

She advises him to prepare well by doing things like writing and memorising his talk, then taking a video of himself speaking and using this to get advice from his friends and finally, practicing on the stage where he will speak. She says that doing these things will make him feel more confident.
