Sarah suggests more drivers ride their bikes to work. She suggests having having more cycle lanes and having more traffic wardens who can give fines to illegally parked cars. She also suggests educating cyclists, drivers and pedestrians about cycle lanes and how to use them.
I think her suggestions could help to reduce town centre traffic if people used their bikes more, but they probably won't.
