- Kate is a teenager. She is tall and slim with a pale complexion and long straight fair hair. She has got big eyes and a pointed nose. She is wearing a striped top with a green jacket and jeans. Kate is an outgoing person and likes meeting people.
- Bill is a handsome young man. He is slim with short dark hair and brown eyes. He is wearing a shirt and tie, a black jacket and black trousers. Sometimes he can be arrogant because he thinks he is better than others.
- Jane is in her mid-forties. She is of average height. She is slim with curly fair hair, small eyes and think lips. She is wearing a long grey cardigan over a white shirt and black trousers. Jane is very gentle, and she is always kind and calm.
