I think these women may live in a village in the mountains. They are wearing traditional clothes. This suggests that they don’t live in an overcrowded city. Their clothes look warm. This suggests that they don’t live in a desert. I think they might live a simple life keeping to old traditions because of the way they are dressed and because they are carrying baskets.
b)
The women in the picture are fairly short and dark in complexion. They are wearing colorfully embroidered black shirts and skirts with thick black leggings and distinctive hats. They look remarkably tough, spirited and cheerful people.
