Listen to the second part of the programme again and complete the sentences with one or two words.

- Everybody turns around as soon as they enter the lift.
- Some people look at the door, the floor or at the lift buttons. Others look at their phones, their hands or their ring.
- When two people come in at the same time, they stop their conversation, or start speaking quietly.
- That's why we don't stand near people.
