Answer

Fixed mindset

  • Personal characteristics → set in stone, cannot be changed or improved

  • Challenges → may feel uncomfortable and think it's a waste of time because individual action cannot save the planet
  • Feedback → hate it, because they have to open themselves up to the criticism
  • Change → do not like taking any risks or any type of change

Growth mindset

  • Personal characteristics → can be developed by working hard and look to others for inspiration
  • Intelligence → can be developed through experience, so they often take challenges to learn new things
  • Challenges → you'll take on the challenge because you believe you might make the difference
  • Feedback → welcome it, since they see it as an opportunity to learn and improve
  • Change → acknowledge the changes they have gone through and that the world needs change and hope to be an active part of this change
