  1. Present continuous - It is formed by using the present tense of the verb "to be" (am / are / is) with the present participle of the main verb (sitting).
  2. Past simple - It is formed by using the past tense of the main verb (moved).
  3. Present simple - It is formed by using the base form of the main verb (do) in the present tense.
  4. Past continuous & Past simple - "was rinsing" is in the past continuous tense, formed by using the past tense of the verb "to be" with the present participle of the main verb.; "almost fell" is in the past simple tense, formed by using the past tense of the main verb.
  5. Past continuous - "was rinsing" and "was doing" are formed similarly to the previous example (4).
