  5. Activities such as fishing, jogging along riverbanks, kayaking, whitewater rafting, walking, cycling, sailing, surfing, and swimming are possible in a water environment.
  6. Water can boost mood and reduce negativity, especially coastal water due to the ebb and flow of tides, which has a meditative quality.
  7. Researchers hope to see more efforts to preserve the health of blue environments through conservation in the future, particularly if the health benefits of water are more widely known.
