A very common problem with our diets, is that we eat too much of somethings and not enough of others. A lot of people eat too much sugar, for example. There is enough natural sugar in fruit and fruit juice, but we eat too many biscuits, cakes and sweet snacks. We also eat too much fat, especially in fried foods like chips. Many people often don't eat enough fruit and vegetables everyday. Doctors tell us to eat at least five portions a day, two or three portions are too few.
