Answer

  1. In the past, people used to have to use a camera with film on their holidays, and they could only take a few photos because they were expensive. If they managed to get some good ones, they put the photos in an album to show their friends when they came back.
  2. Hundreds of millions of photos are shared on popular social media sites such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and WhatsApp every day.
  3. "Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints" means that when visiting natural or cultural sites, people should only take photographs as souvenirs and should not disturb or damage the environment or monuments.
  4. Some people oppose the ban in Bagan because they worry that if tourists can't climb on the monuments to get good 'sunset photos', they might stop coming to Bagan, which could impact tourism.
  5. Turtles come to the beaches of Costa Rica every year during certain months to lay their eggs.
  6. Some people disturb the turtles by blocking their route to the beach, picking them up, or even sitting their children on the turtles for a photo.
  7. Sharing a photo of a famous painting could potentially break copyright laws because the artist holds the rights to their work, and sharing it without permission could infringe upon those rights. Additionally, some museums and galleries have restrictions on photography to protect the artworks and prevent damage, such as using a flash which could harm paintings.
