Jack follows a healthy diet. He often eats meat or fish and vegetables every day. He also eats some fruit in the morning and afternoon. This is good! He drinks a lot of water at lunch and dinner. He loves milk and often takes yoghurt and eats a lot of cheese. He often eats pasta but does not eat much bread. Before going to bed he eats biscuits with milk. He does not put sugar in his milk.
