- There is no particular age at which people are most stressed.
- Studying, feeling pressure to do well in exams so you can get a good job, being in a different environment so you don't have the same support as at home, socializing, financial stress
- Stress can make it very difficult to focus and remember information. Stressed students might be unable to remember information in an exam.
- It teaches students how to give (five-minute free) back rubs and about other stress reduction and wellness resources.
- Students have said that they feel less stressed and they are able to cope with their stressors and complete their tasks.
